RWS Music Project

Running With Scissors (RWS) is producing an original music CD. This CD will be comprised of 15 to 25 tracks of varying types of music. The theme of the CD is “Music to Go Postal By”.

We are looking to work with individual musical artists and groups who want to be a part of something unique and international in scope. We will choose music based on what we think is appropriate to represent the RWS attitude and the POSTAL brand. We do not require new original music to be written specifically for this CD. The music we select can be from old or current works in progress. In fact, we would prefer that artists not attempt to write The Ballad of the Postal Dude or songs about Krotchy. We're looking for professional quality music of ANY genre that represents the RWS vibe.

We will produce, publish, distribute and promote this CD tentatively titled as “ Running With Scissors : Music To Go Postal By” . We require the non-exclusive right to the music along with photos of the artists. All rights and ownership will remain with the Artists. The CD will be published and promoted worldwide. All music with lyrics will be published in their original language.

Submissions Guidelines:

1. Submit ONLY music which you have the rights to.
2. Don't send crappy recordings.
3. If your initial submission is selected for publishing you will be required to submit a mixed and mastered track at your own expense.
4. Formats must be one of the following: *.wav or *.mp3
5. DO NOT SUBMIT photos unless asked for.
