POSTAL BABE OF THE MONTH
October 2005 – Suzanne Stokes

THE GIMP: It's a pleasure, Suzanne. I even remembered to wear my drool cup. But before we get down to the silly questions, I have a serious one. Did your birthplace ( Naples , Florida , correct?) suffer any hurricane damage this season? Hopefully, all is well?

SUZANNE: Yes, My family is still without power after Hurricane Wilma made a direct hit to my hometown, Everglades City Florida. I was really scared. I stayed up all night tracking the storm. I was in La. I talked to my Mom a few hours before the eye came and she said that they were OK. She was more worried about the destruction Wilma would do to Everglades City. Growing up I lived on Chokoloskee Island and I remember how flooded it would get in Everglades City and how bad the storms were. Our dog, Mr. Fritz got scared the most. Ever time it would thunder he would hide under the bed or the covers and shake. Poor thing. For some reason I was much more afraid to watch from the TV.

The low lying ground sits right at sea level so high tide and some wind can leave Everglades flooded. People there use it as a playground. They get on the Swamp Buggies and have fun with it. Take the 4 wheeler's down to Bad Luck and party your ass off and go muddin'. I started to get really scared when they predicted 13 to 18 ft storm surge. The town can handle some water but not that much. The weather man kept saying "Thank God the worst part of it will be in The Everglades." I wanted to slap him. I have a lot of friends and family there. It is a very small and unique lil town. There really is no other place like it. There is only one way in and one way out. There isn't a whole lot to do there but I always could find something to get into.

My dad would tell us stories about how he watched his house float down the river when Hurricane Donna hit in 1960. It totally inundated Everglades City which it never fully recovered from. Most of the houses are built on stilts. Luckily my parents recently built this really big dope house just outside Everglades City. My Mom said that most of the trees were down but the house was fine and the storm surge wouldn't reach her.  She seemed so calm like it was no big deal. Just another day in The Glades. .  For me, I prefer LA. It hardly ever rains, no mosquitos and it is not so hot and humid. LA Rocks! Florida is great too but only seasonal.South Beach goes off and is totally insane. Gotta Love it. I love all the sexy lil shops on SB where I can buy the skimpiest hot lil outfits. Of course then there is shopping on Melrose. I love both places

THE GIMP: Is it true that your parents ran some sort of tourist attraction? Tell us about it.

SUZANNE: The power is back on and it is back to work for my parents after cleaning up from Hurricane Wilma. My dad said the BP gas station Swirvin Ervins and the Subway he owns reopened today. My dad also owns Jungle Erv's Airboat World, providing a tour of The Everglades. He offers different types of rides. You can go on a slower more relaxing ride on the pontoon boat enjoying all the wildlife or you can go faster on the Big airboat ride.

I personally like the private tour myself. You get to go with just you and your group on the small airboat. I like to go fast. I always love it when the captain will do a sharp 360. They are not supposed to do that since it can be dangerous but I make them do it for me. Sometimes I would even get to drive. Most of the time I just like to get naked and enjoy the sun hoping that a big Gator doesn't come by and bite my ass. All they really want is marshmallows. They love them. My dad has this Gator farm and zoo of different animals. We have had panthers, bobcats, monkeys, all kinds of birds and parrots, emus, ostriches, hogs, raccoons, sheep, ponys, deer etc. I don't really like critters. I love the panthers though.

THE GIMP: According to the Internet snoops (God, how I hate those guys!), you're into sports. Foxy Boxing, maybe?

SUZANNE: Hmmm, what makes you say that?

THE GIMP: Tell us about the Playboy Search in 2000 -- how insane was it?

SUZANNE: It was really cool. I heard about it from Dave Bivins. He called me up and told me the bus was in town and that I should go down there. I get there and they really seem to like me but I had forgotten my id. Kevin Kuster who works for Playboy really wanted me to hurry and come back in time so that I could be there when the local news came by the bus. I think it was called Ocean drive I am not sure.

So I end up making it back in time to strut and do a test shoot. I had this really hot swimsuit thing that had these butterfly patches covering your nipples that were hanging on my fishing string. So it looked like you just had these butterflies on your nipples. They loved it. I got a call a few weeks later and they flew me to Chicago for my Playmate Test shoot. It was really exciting. I was only 19 yrs old when I shot my centerfold.  I wish I could reshoot it again now but you can only be playmate once.

THE GIMP: Was being a Playmate at all what you expected?

SUZANNE:  I Really didn't know what to expect. I have had so much fun being a playmate and going to the mansion. Hef is the Bomb! He is so cute. Everyone at Playboy is super nice. I have had a blast that's for sure.

THE GIMP: Now I know you've had several TV and movie roles, but frankly, we're in awe of the fact that you did an actual episode of MORTAL KOMBAT: CONQUEST. Had you ever played the game?

SUZANNE: I used to play the game. I was pretty good considering I usually just push all of the buttons really fast. It seem to work for me. I think I learned a few moves that would kick your ass. I loved the one where the guy goes "come here" as he lashes this thing out and grabs you by your neck. It has been so long since I played that game I am not sure what his name was. The show was really cool. I got the part and I went up to Orlando to shoot it. I had a kissing scene with Raven. My first kiss, ooh la la, on screen anyway. I play Babe. They did my hair half up with this total princess effect. I didn't get to fight anyone, I was Babe.

THE GIMP: Did you have fun living in a videogame world for a while?

SUZANNE: Sure. I love fantasy.

THE GIMP: We hear from the guys at Alpha Models that you're so hot you need 2 websites ( www.SuzanneStokes.com and suzannestokes.net coming soon) what can we expect to see?

SUZANNE: You can expect new Super Sexy Hot PICS. I hope you enjoy!  Muah

THE GIMP: Thanks so much for your time. I thought this would be a quick assignment but then I started seeing pictures of you on the web while researching and, well, I got distracted. So you cost me hours of work, young lady. I hope you're proud of yourself. Me, I'm mostly just sticky as usual...
